  • WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO CLASS?
    Please arrive 10 minutes early to your class. For safety reasons, we do no permit clients to enter class late. If there is a waitlist, we release spots to the clients at the start of class.
  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
    To make the most of your time at the studio, bring along a positive attitude, embrace loving kindness for your body, grab your favorite mat, and wear some comfy clothes. Let’s create a beautiful experience together!

  • I AM A BEGINNER, WHICH CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?
    We welcome beginners with open arms! Our classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported. They're crafted to help you learn the basics at a gentle pace, ensuring you build confidence and strength. Don't worry about being new; we're here to guide you every step of the way.
  • I AM INTEMEDIATE TO ADVACNED, WHICH CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?
    For those at an intermediate to advanced level, we offer classes that come with a variety of modifications and challenges to meet your needs. Our classes are ideal for pushing your boundaries, enhancing your strength, and deepening your practice. Each session is designed to offer different variations to keep you engaged and challenged, ensuring you continue to grow and achieve your fitness goals.
  • I AM PREGNANT, WHICH CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?
    Up to 12 weeks pregnant you may attend all classes, as long as you have been previously doing Pilates & Yoga exercise, in addition to consulted with your physician.
  • I AM POSPARTUM, WHICH CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?
    Welcome to this new chapter in your journey! For postpartum individuals, we recommend starting with our yoga classes. These sessions are specifically designed to focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, enhancing core stability, and gently rebuilding your overall strength. Our instructors are here to ensure a safe, nurturing environment where you can connect with your body at your own pace. Remember, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine, especially postpartum.
  • CAN I ATTEND GROUP CLASS WHILE I AM INJURED?
    If you're currently dealing with an injury, it's crucial to first consult with a healthcare professional to understand what types of physical activity are safe for you. Depending on their advice, we can find a suitable class that accommodates your needs. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications to ensure your safety and comfort. Please inform the instructor about your injury before the class starts, so they can provide you with personalized adjustments. Your well-being is our top priority, and we’re here to support your fitness journey while ensuring your injury is respected and protected.
  • HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
    Visit our website and navigate to the 'Classes' section. Here, you'll find the class schedule. Choose the class or membership you're interested in and click on the 'Book Now' button. Feel free to visit us at the studio! You can speak directly with our staff, who can help you book your class and provide you with any information you need.
  • WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Plans change! If you book into class and are unable to attend, you may cancel your session up to 18 hours prior to start time with no charge. After this, you will incur a late cancellation fee of $20, or no show fee $25.
  • CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
    ​​Memberships may be paused or canceled 8 weeks after start date, following this you must provide 7 days notice to pause or cancel your membership. Please email info@sorawellbar.com to arrange this.
  • HOW DO I CONTACT THE STUDIO?

  • IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
    Yes, there are a number of free parking spots located in the front or back of the plaza.
