A founding membership reserves your place at Sora before we open. You pay nothing today: your card is securely saved through our payment processor, Helcim. Your membership activates on September 19, 2026, when the first monthly payment of $229 plus HST is charged, and monthly on that date thereafter.
You may cancel your founding membership at any time before September 19, 2026, for any reason, free of charge. Email info@sorawellbar.com and we will release your card and confirm your cancellation in writing. Nothing is ever charged.
In addition to the above, Ontario law gives you the right to cancel this agreement for any reason within 10 days of receiving your written copy of it (your signup confirmation email). If any payment has been taken during that period, it will be refunded in full.
Once billing begins on September 19, 2026, the founding membership is a 12 month commitment: twelve monthly payments of $229 plus HST at the founding rate. This one year commitment is what secures founding pricing and privileges.
After your twelfth payment, your membership continues automatically month to month at the then current standard membership rate, and you may cancel at any time with effect from your next billing date. We will email you the standard rate before your first month to month payment, so the change is never a surprise.
Email info@sorawellbar.com from the address on your membership. Cancellations take effect as described above; we confirm every cancellation in writing. There are no cancellation fees.
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, including cancellation rights the Act provides in specific circumstances during a membership term. Nothing in this policy reduces those rights.
If a monthly payment cannot be processed, we will contact you to update your card. Your membership and its benefits may be paused until payment resumes.
