Founding memberships and other purchases made through this site are governed by our Membership & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to HST (13%) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Helcim; your card details are handled by Helcim and never stored on our servers.
Joining the Sora Circle mailing list is free and does not create a membership or any payment obligation. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to info@sorawellbar.com.
Class bookings, studio access, and in-studio services will be governed by additional terms and a participation waiver provided when the studio opens. Class schedules, offerings, and the opening date may change as we complete our build out.
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
