When you join the Sora Circle we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your interests, and preferred class times. When you reserve a founding membership we additionally collect your name and contact details for your membership record.
Payments and card verification are processed by Helcim, our payment processor. Your card number is entered directly into Helcim's secure checkout and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Helcim's handling of your payment data is described in Helcim's own privacy policy.
We use your information to send you the updates you signed up for (opening news, early access, and founding membership details), to manage your membership if you purchase one, and to plan our class schedule using the preferences you share. We send marketing email only with your express consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe anytime by writing to info@sorawellbar.com.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site (for example, whether a visit came from our storefront QR code or our Instagram). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Signup and membership records are stored securely with our infrastructure providers, which may store data outside of Canada. We restrict access to systems that hold your information and do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
You may ask us at any time to correct or delete your information, or to tell you what we hold about you, by emailing info@sorawellbar.com. Deleting your information ends any communications and, if applicable, is handled alongside the Membership & Cancellation Policy.
